Cemetery Desecration

Heritage Manor V. DFG. Inc. & Edward Falcone

Heritage Manor V. DFG. Inc. & Edward Falcone

After 10 years of intense litigation and seven weeks of trial a Palm Beach County jury, in June of 2014, returned a multi-million dollar verdict including punitive damages against the DFG Group and Edward Falcone. Edward Ricci was Florida Counsel for the plaintiffs, two elderly widows who sold Heritage Manor Memorial Park and mausoleum to the DFG Group. Michel Masanoff counsel to the widows violated his oath of loyalty to the plaintiffs by secretly accepting a hundred thousand dollar kickback from the Falcone’s. He actually was the attorney for the widows but secretly went to work for the buyers. Since the verdict was returned in June of 2014, Masanoff has had his license to practice law revoked by the FLA Supreme Court. Ed Ricci and his co-counsel were proud to represent two innocent widows and their children in this landmark case.
